Khaled El-Sawaf is a strategist, design researcher, and natural problem solver. He has over 15 years of experience as a cross-functional team leader in product management and marketing. In his work supporting organizations he has led the research arm for culture transformation, generated OKRs, and developed executive communication strategy. He is a wizard at creating compelling sales presentations, team charters, and intranet sites.

Khaled El- Sawaf has a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of Minnesota, and completed most of his coursework toward his MBA from the Carlson School of Management. Khaled is trained in Human-Centered Design as well as Inclusive Facilitation focusing on bias blockers and outcome-driven discussion.
